Operations Manager | Co-Owner
With over 27 years of experience in the dental field, Christy brings a wealth of knowledge spanning both clinical and administrative roles. Her background includes hands-on experience as a Scheduling Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Biller and Dental Assistant in general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics and cosmetic procedures. She has also spent 12 years in management, including a unique opportunity working overseas in a medical clinic as the Clinic Coordinator.
Christy holds multiple certifications, including:
- Leadership Certificate from The Coaching Center
- Office Management credentials from the American Association of Dental Office Management (earned in 2019, 2020 and 2021)
- Additional training in Office Management and Marketing through the Front Office Rocks Program.
She has also completed various leadership and management courses through Pryor Learning, solidifying her expertise in practice operations.

Outside of the office, Christy enjoys a rich family life with her husband, Chris. Together, they have two children, a son and a daughter. Christy treasures family time and brings that same spirit of care and commitment into the practice. She also finds joy in boating, swimming, dancing and expressing her creativity through crafting and decorating – both at home and in the office.
